A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your 30% TT prepayment.

Q: What is your delivery time ?
A: Our standard delivery time is 20 days, but if the screw's diameter is less than 50mm, the delivery time will be faster to 15 days, also we have 2000 stock items ready to ship out.

A: T/T ,Wester Union and Alipay

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and other logistric forwarders. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.

Q: What is your warranty Time ?
A: Our warranty time is 12 months for all screw barrel and accessories products when delivery.
